Malaysia, February 2025 – Premila Sivam has joined CTOS as Group Chief People Officer, bringing extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. In her new role, she will drive HR strategy, talent transformation, and employee engagement initiatives, strengthening CTOS’s position as a leading credit reporting agency in Malaysia.
Premila joins CTOS from GLG, where she served as Director & Consultant – Human Resources & Organization Change, overseeing organizational development, employer branding, and HR strategy.
Previously, she was Senior Vice President – Head of People Strategy at Pos Malaysia Berhad, leading succession planning, organizational change management, and HR transformation initiatives. She also held a leadership role at Techcombank (TCB) as Senior Vice President – Human Resources Director (Organization Development), where she spearheaded talent development, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.
Her career includes nearly four years at AECOM as Regional Head of Talent Management, Southeast Asia, where she focused on learning & development, executive management, and strategic workforce planning. She also spent over seven years at HSBC in multiple HR leadership roles across Asia, focusing on people development, culture change, and total rewards strategies.
Premila holds a Master of Arts in Political & Social Sciences from the University of Leeds.
