Istanbul, Türkiye, September 2024 – Dilek Sezer Keles has been appointed as Chief Growth & People Officer at X İletişim, a leading Digital New Media and Influencer Marketing agency. In this role, she will be responsible for spearheading growth initiatives and overseeing the company’s people strategy, leveraging her extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership.
Dilek’s career has spanned over two decades, with key leadership roles in various organizations. Prior to her current position, she served as General Coordinator at X İletişim for nearly three years, where she led operations and strategic initiatives.
Before joining X İletişim, Dilek was Project Director at Alive Blended Experience, where she managed large-scale projects focused on events and experiences. She also held the role of Project Director at Atölye Grup, where she worked on diverse projects, enhancing her expertise in project execution and client relations.
Earlier in her career, Dilek worked at Interium MICE & PCO for over a decade, first as Project Executive in the Outgoing & Incoming Department, organizing international and national meetings and events, and earlier as Project Executive in the Congress Department, managing international conferences and events. Her early career experience includes roles in customer support at Siemens Business Services and project coordination in the events and tourism sectors at Ahmet San Productions, MICWorld Tourism, and VIP Turizm.
