Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, March 2026 — SPR India has appointed Premlatha N. as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources (AVP HR). In this role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives aimed at strengthening talent capabilities, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s continued growth in the real estate sector.
Prior to joining SPR India, Premlatha N. served as Head – Human Resources Development at Renaatus, where she led human capital management initiatives and supported the organization in strengthening its HR frameworks, talent development strategies, and workforce engagement practices.
Earlier, she spent over a decade with Shriram Properties Ltd., where she served as Senior General Manager. During her tenure, she played a key role in managing large-scale HR operations, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across the company’s expanding real estate operations.
Before that, she worked with Sameera Ram Profilic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as Manager, where she gained extensive experience in contract recruitment, HR operations, and talent management initiatives.
With more than a decade of experience in human resources leadership within the real estate and corporate sectors, Premlatha N. brings strong expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
