Before joining The DDC Group, Lydia built a robust career at Ant Marketing over nearly 18 years, holding leadership roles including Recruitment Director and Recruitment Manager. She led recruitment and training teams, developed innovative hiring strategies, managed stakeholder relationships, and drove continuous improvements in HR systems and compliance.
Earlier in her career at Ant Marketing, Lydia worked in roles such as Quality & Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Telesales Executive, building a deep understanding of customer engagement, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
