Atlanta, Georgia, United States, September 2024 – Princess Newborn has been promoted to Vice President of People Operations at Ware2Go, a UPS company. In her new role, Princess will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of all People Operations programs, including compliance, talent management, engagement, total rewards, talent acquisition, payroll administration, and culture development.
Princess has been a vital part of Ware2Go for over five years, having recently served as the Senior Director of People Operations. In this role, she successfully led initiatives that elevated the employee experience, streamlined HR processes, and promoted diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Her strategic leadership was instrumental in shaping Ware2Go’s organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement.
Prior to her role as Senior Director, Princess was the Human Resources Director at Ware2Go for over four years. She played a key role in transforming HR operations, implementing new talent management frameworks, and improving organizational development strategies.
Before joining Ware2Go, Princess served as a Human Resources Professional at Builders Insurance Group, where she focused on HR compliance, talent acquisition, and employee development. Her career also includes a stint in New Business Development at Lead Forensics, where she honed her business development and client management skills.
Princess’s early career includes valuable experience as a Manager at MFRM and an English Teacher at CHUNGDAHM Learning, demonstrating her ability to manage diverse teams and drive performance across industries.
