Milan, Italy, March 2026 – Monica Magri has begun a new role as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Chaberton Partners – Executive Search. In this role, she will oversee the firm’s global people strategy, supporting leadership development, organizational growth, and talent transformation initiatives as the company continues to expand its presence in the international executive search and leadership advisory landscape.
Prior to joining Chaberton Partners, Magri worked as a Strategic HR Advisor, Coach, and Organizational Counselor, supporting organizations with leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and people strategy initiatives. During this period, she also served as a Board Member at Fondazione Adecco, contributing to the foundation’s mission of supporting employability and workforce inclusion initiatives.
Earlier, Magri spent more than a decade with The Adecco Group, where she held senior HR leadership roles including Country Head of HR for Adecco Italy and Group HR & Organization Director for Adecco Group Italy. In these roles, she led large-scale HR transformation programs, organizational design initiatives, and leadership development strategies within one of the world’s largest talent solutions organizations.
Before Adecco, Magri held leadership positions with Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, serving as HR & Organization Director for Southern Europe as well as HR & Organization Director, where she supported regional HR strategies and organizational development initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as HR & Organization Manager at Arvato and HR Business Partner at ABB, building strong expertise in HR strategy, organizational transformation, and people leadership across global organizations.
