Delhi, India, September 2025 – PwC India has announced the appointment of Priya Ramdev as Partner, Human Capital. In this leadership role, Priya will leverage her two decades of experience to strengthen PwC’s human capital advisory practice, focusing on people strategy, talent transformation, leadership development, and digital HR innovation.
Priya most recently served as Chief People Officer at McKinsey & Company, where she was instrumental in driving people and culture initiatives, organizational leadership, and human capital management. Her work emphasized talent analytics, culture building, and organizational effectiveness, enabling impactful business outcomes.
Before McKinsey, Priya spent over 15 years at Accenture, where she rose through multiple senior HR leadership roles across HR strategy, business partnering, and talent enablement. As Head of HR for the India Market Unit (Accenture Strategy), she supported technology, industry, and functional practices while also leading initiatives in talent strategy and digital transformation. Her leadership roles included HRBP, Vice President of Talent Strategy, and Head of HR for Technology Consulting, giving her deep expertise in enterprise transformation and talent management at scale.
Priya began her career at Citi, working in credit risk management before moving into human capital. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, she is the Founder of Leadership Prism, where she coaches and advises organizations on transformation, resilience, and leadership effectiveness using a systems psychodynamics approach. She has worked with global clients including McKinsey, EY, Genpact, and SBI Ventures.
Priya is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, a certified Independent Director, and was recognized among BW’s 40 under 40 HR Women Leaders 2023. She is also a frequent advisor, speaker, and leadership coach, blending academic insights with practical business impact.
She holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and completed the Executive Coaching Certificate Program at INSEAD, specializing in leadership and talent development.
