Singapore, November 2025 — Kenvue has announced the appointment of Priyam Malik as the new TA Leader for Metro Asia & ANZ. In this strategic role, Priyam will lead end-to-end talent acquisition across diverse Asia–Pacific markets, partnering closely with business and HR leaders to drive scalable hiring strategies, operational excellence and inclusive talent practices across the region.
Priyam Malik most recently served as Senior Talent Access Partner – Metro Asia at Kenvue, where she led recruitment initiatives across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. During this period, she collaborated closely with regional business leaders on workforce planning, employer branding, diversity hiring and capability-building initiatives that strengthened Kenvue’s position as an employer of choice in the consumer health sector.
Before this, Priyam was HRBP and Talent Acquisition Lead – APAC at Bird (MessageBird), where she was the first HR leader on the ground and played a core role in expanding the organization from 15 to 150 employees across Singapore, ANZ, India, Indonesia, China and broader Southeast Asia. She spearheaded GTM team hiring, strategic workforce planning, capability building, compensation discussions and talent management interventions, making significant contributions to the company’s scaling journey.
Earlier, Priyam spent nearly two years as Talent Manager APAC at Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), where she drove talent acquisition across multiple countries in the region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia and Thailand. She also supported talent reviews, learning program rollouts and employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s regional talent strategy.
Priyam began her HR career with Philips India, holding roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager, where she led recruitment across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, managed RPO operations, drove capability-building programs and supported employee relations. Prior to transitioning to HR, she started her career as a Software Engineer at Accenture, contributing to development, testing and data-related initiatives.
