Priyanka brings over a decade of experience in human resource leadership, most recently serving as Senior Manager – People Success and Culture at Exxat, where she played a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth. During her six-year tenure at Exxat, she also led initiatives in payroll management, employee success frameworks, and strategic HR transformation.
Prior to that, she served as Lead – HR at Mercedes Benz B.U. Bhandari, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, and earlier contributed significantly to talent acquisition and development at Nine Dot Nine Mediaworx. Priyanka holds an MBA in Management Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University, laying the academic foundation for her extensive HR journey.
Her appointment at Mindbowser is expected to strengthen the company’s people-first approach and support its continued growth in delivering cutting-edge healthcare technology solutions.
