Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Priyanka Raonka has joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories as the new Head of Digital Marketing and Transformation – India Business, marking a significant new chapter in her accomplished career. In this role, she will lead the digital transformation journey of the India business, driving omnichannel excellence, customer-centric strategies, and AI-led marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s, Priyanka Raonka served as Head of Digital Excellence and Training at Boehringer Ingelheim for nearly three years, where she led organization-wide digital transformation and training initiatives. Her work included launching AI-driven programs for early heart failure detection, streamlining omnichannel customer engagement strategies, and unifying digital platforms under a “One Portal Strategy.” She also collaborated closely with the sales function to build future-ready teams through focused learning modules.
Earlier, she was Senior Manager – Ecommerce at SUGAR Cosmetics, where she launched and scaled beauty brands like Quench and ENN across major marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, and Flipkart. She successfully drove marketplace sales growth and implemented performance marketing campaigns, combining creativity with data-led execution.
Before this, Priyanka held the position of Digital Marketing Manager at Sanofi, where she led award-winning campaigns like IntoLife for diabetes awareness and AllergyFree for Allegra. She also spearheaded Sanofi India’s multi-channel engagement program and was the primary liaison with digital giants like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
She began her career in healthcare marketing with Merck Group, serving as Brand Manager – Digital Marketing and eCommerce and earlier managing brands like Nasivion and Electrobion. Her agency experience at DDB Mudra Group and Bates David Enterprise laid the foundation for her brand communication and strategy expertise across consumer health, pharma, and lifestyle sectors.
In parallel to her corporate roles, Priyanka is also the Chief Evangelist – Menopause and Midlife at MidlifeSpark, an initiative she launched to empower women navigating midlife and menopause. Through this platform, she advocates for inclusive health policies and open conversations, amplifying awareness and community support across India.
