Additionally, Prof. Bhatnagar has served on the editorial boards of leading journals such as the British Journal of Management and Human Resource Management Journal, cementing her position as a thought leader in the field.
Beyond academia, she has been a Visiting Professor at institutions like IIM Calcutta, IIM Indore, and Aston University, and an Erasmus researcher at Harvard Business School, contributing to global discussions on OB and HRM practices.
