Singapore, May 2026 — Prudential Assurance Company Singapore has appointed Adele Png as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience, strengthening its people leadership as it continues to build a future-ready workforce and enhance employee engagement across the organization.
In her new role, Adele partners closely with business leaders to integrate talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee experience, and people analytics, while also working across universities, government bodies, and industry ecosystems to strengthen talent pipelines and employer branding.
Adele brings extensive regional and global HR leadership experience. Prior to joining Prudential, she spent over seven years at KONE, where she most recently served as Head of Talent & Culture APAC & MEA, leading enterprise talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce transformation across complex and high-growth markets.
Earlier at KONE, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition APAC & MEA, where she built and scaled a high-performing talent function, significantly improving internal mobility, employer branding, and hiring capabilities across the region.
Before KONE, Adele held leadership roles at Takeda, Philips, and Visa, where she drove large-scale talent acquisition transformation, leadership development programs, employer branding, and workforce planning initiatives across global markets.
