Sydeny, Australia – Publicis Groupe is proud to announce a series of key leadership appointments across its Asia Pacific operations, highlighted by the promotion of Pauly Grant to Chief Talent Officer (CTO) APAC, alongside her continuing role as leader of ANZ’s people portfolio.
Pauly Grant, who joined Publicis Groupe ANZ 11 years ago, has been instrumental in various senior roles within the company. As the newly appointed CTO for the Asia Pacific region, Grant will helm the talent and culture strategy to enhance support for the group’s expansive business strategy. She will collaborate closely with local chief talent officers and the Asia Pacific Executive Committee, reporting directly to Jane Lin-Baden, CEO of Publicis Groupe Asia Pacific.
Additionally, the Groupe has promoted Jessica Farrell and Anushka Methananda to the roles of General Manager People & Culture – Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) & Operations, and General Manager People & Culture – Experience and Performance, respectively, across ANZ. Both are recognized for their substantial contributions and are expected to bring robust leadership in their new roles.

Jessica Farrell’s promotion comes as she has significantly advanced the Groupe’s DE&I and operational strategies. “Jessica has done a phenomenal job in delivering change and improving our DE&I approach to ensure operational excellence,” Grant noted.
