Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, November 2025 — Puja Jaggi has been appointed as Vice President, Human Resources at MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V., marking an important milestone in her global HR journey. In this leadership role, she will oversee HR strategy, digital transformation, and talent initiatives across the bank’s European operations, driving people-centric growth in alignment with MUFG’s vision of becoming the world’s most trusted financial group.
Before joining MUFG Bank, Puja Jaggi worked with Cognizant as an HR Workday Specialist in Amsterdam, where she played a pivotal role in the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM modules, improving talent management, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across large, global teams. Her ability to integrate HR analytics and change management positioned her as a key contributor to strategic HR digital transformation efforts.
Earlier, Puja served as a Human Resources Consultant at KPMG India, where she collaborated with the UK HR Advisory team on M&A projects, supporting HR due diligence, compliance, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. She also led end-to-end Workday Prism projects and contributed to the development of an organizational health tool that standardized analytics-based decision frameworks for clients.
Prior to that, she worked with UnitedHealth Group as an HR Reporting Analyst, where she designed and managed complex HR data ecosystems, leveraging platforms like SuccessFactors, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights across global HR functions. Her analytical expertise contributed to improved workforce planning and enhanced employee experience programs.
Puja began her career at Wipro Limited as a Benefits Analyst, managing HRIS configurations, dashboard development, and reporting for multinational clients. During her tenure, she strengthened data governance frameworks and helped implement efficient HR operational processes to support business scalability.
Puja Jaggi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Sikkim University, where she built a strong foundation in strategic HR, analytics, and people management.
