With over 26 years of extensive HR leadership experience across manufacturing and corporate ecosystems, Puneet is recognized for driving strategic and operational excellence by aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing organizational capability, and managing the complete talent lifecycle including acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Before joining Jubilant Ingrevia, Puneet was Head HR at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., where he managed human resources for complex plant environments, leading initiatives in industrial relations, employee welfare, compliance, and corporate governance. He is credited with cultivating agile, innovation-driven cultures and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Earlier, Puneet spent over eight years with UltraTech Cement, serving as General Manager HR and later General Manager – Employee Relations. In these roles, he successfully led organizational capability building, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management initiatives while strengthening harmonious industrial relations frameworks.
Puneet also held leadership positions at Hindalco Industries Limited, where he advanced from Manager HR to Assistant General Manager – Employee Relations. His tenure was marked by his ability to oversee manpower rationalization, statutory compliance, labor relations, and employee engagement strategies in highly industrialized environments.
Across his three-decade career, Puneet has consistently ensured that HR acts as a catalyst for business transformation, culture building, and sustained organizational growth. His appointment at Jubilant Ingrevia underscores the company’s commitment to strengthening its HR leadership as it continues its global expansion.
