New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2025 – Castler, a leading global escrow banking platform, has announced the appointment of Pushkal Dwivedi as Senior Vice President – Government Banking. In his new role, he will focus on strategic market development, client relationship management, and business growth across the government banking segment, driving Castler’s innovative technology solutions for the sector.

Pushkal Dwivedi joins Castler from IDFC FIRST Bank, where he served for nearly 7 years as Regional Head – Government Banking Group. During his tenure, he led strategic business development for Central Ministries and State Governments, successfully expanding the portfolio size by 200%. He also implemented e-governance solutions like e-Tendering and Payment Gateways, enhancing digital transformation in government operations.

Prior to this, he was Regional Head – Government Banking Group at IndusInd Bank for over a year, where he played a key role in expanding government partnerships and driving a revenue growth of INR 34 Crores through innovative technology solutions.

Pushkal also spent over 9 years at ICICI Bank in various leadership capacities, including Senior Relationship Manager and Regional Head Sales – Mortgages. He was recognized for his CASA book management exceeding INR 100 Crores and played a pivotal role in securing significant mandates from GOI Ministries and public sector units. His early career included roles at AppLabs, Servion Global Solutions, and Lera Technologies, where he gained expertise in business development and financial services management.
