With over two decades of human resources expertise, Modi brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic acumen to Montecarlo, poised to enhance its HR operations and administrative frameworks.
Before joining Montecarlo Limited, Modi significantly shaped HR landscapes at Adani Road Transport Ltd, serving as the Senior HR Business Partner & Associate General Manager from March 2018 to April 2024. At Adani, he was pivotal in integrating and aligning HR processes with business strategies across various sectors, underscoring his capability to manage and transform corporate HR functions.
Previously, Modi held the role of Group HR Lead – Energy Business at Adani Group from August 2016 to January 2018. During his tenure, he was instrumental in deploying effective HR practices that supported business objectives and enhanced operational efficiencies. His leadership in this role was marked by strategic HR implementations that significantly impacted the business unit’s performance and alignment with broader corporate goals.
Earlier in his career, Modi led Talent Acquisition for Adani Power Limited from June 2010 to August 2016, where he overhauled recruitment strategies to support the company’s expansive needs. This role underlined his adeptness in navigating the complexities of talent management in a fast-evolving market landscape.
