Previously, he held a similar position at Jindal India Thermal Power Limited. With over two decades of experience in HR, IR, and administration across various esteemed organizations, Ranjan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Rungta Mines, aiming to enhance its HR and administrative operations further.

He brings an extensive experience of 23 years in organizations of repute. He has also worked with organizations like ASL, Welspun, JSPL and Maithon Power.
