Hanoi, Vietnam, January 2025 – Quy Le has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at SSI Securities Corporation, a leading financial institution in Vietnam. In this position, Quy Le will lead the organization’s human resources strategies, focusing on fostering a culture of innovation, professional growth, and organizational excellence to support SSI’s mission of delivering superior financial solutions.
Prior to joining SSI Securities Corporation, Quy Le spent over eight years at HSBC, where she held various leadership roles, including Vice President, HR Advisory, and Interim Country Performance & Rewards Lead. Her tenure at HSBC was marked by impactful initiatives in performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement across Vietnam.

Earlier in her career, she served as HR Supervisor at Hanesbrands Inc., where she played a pivotal role in optimizing HR operations and driving employee development programs.
Quy Le also contributed her expertise at ABB, where she worked as an L&D cum HR Business Partner, managing learning and development initiatives while aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Additionally, she honed her skills as a Senior Consultant, HR & Organization Development at Asia Pacific Management Group, leading various HR transformation projects.
