Rabeen began his tenure at Intapp in October 2021 as Director of Global People Operations, where he focused on streamlining HR operations and vendor management. Over the next three years, he played a key role in optimizing global HR practices, fostering operational excellence, and driving innovation in people analytics.

Prior to joining Intapp, Rabeen served as Director of HR Operations at eHealth, Inc., where he developed and executed strategic HR initiatives to improve workforce efficiency. His earlier roles include leadership positions at Cloudera, where he advanced to Senior Manager of Global HR Services, overseeing HR operations and analytics across multiple regions.
Rabeen also held prominent roles at Symantec, where he managed leadership development programs and spearheaded strategic HR initiatives. His background includes significant experience in project management and operational leadership during his time at Cisco Systems and Infinite Sports Association.
