Boston, Massachusetts, United States, July 2025 – Rachel Levy has joined Audax Private Equity as Vice President, Talent Management & Development. In her new role, Rachel will lead initiatives focused on building talent capabilities, leadership development, and employee experience across the firm’s portfolio and internal teams.
Prior to this, Rachel served as Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition at PSG, a growth equity firm focused on middle-market software and tech-enabled services companies. She played a key role in scaling talent acquisition strategies and building strong teams to support transformational growth.
Earlier, Rachel held various leadership roles at Social Finance, where she worked for over seven years. As Director, Talent, she oversaw the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities across Advisory, Impact Investing, and Operations. She also served as Director, Advisory, leading innovative public-private partnership initiatives across education, employment, and criminal justice reform.
Rachel began her career in consulting at Deloitte and held strategic roles at Teach For America, where she focused on brand strategy, development programs, and constituent insights. She holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, bringing strong academic and professional credentials to her new position.
