Downers Grove, Illinois, United States, March 2025 – Rachel Williams has been named Vice President, Corporate Human Resources at PLZ Corp, where she will be responsible for HR strategy development, compensation, payroll, HRIS, and HR analytics programs. She will play a key role in enhancing corporate human resource functions to support the company’s growth and workforce development.
Prior to this appointment, Rachel Williams served as Senior Director, Corporate Human Resources at PLZ Corp, where she played a vital role in HR policy formulation, strategic workforce planning, and benefits administration.
Before joining PLZ Corp, she was Area Director of Human Resources at Republic Services, where she led corporate recruiting, HR management, and policy development initiatives to optimize talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Her career also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Hickory Farms, LLC, where she was responsible for HR project management, corporate recruiting, and strategic HR leadership. Prior to that, she worked for Avatar Corporation as Director of Human Resources, where she led HR operations, compensation strategy, and employee benefits programs for nearly 11 years.
Earlier in her career, Rachel Williams held senior HR leadership roles at Springfield Service Corporation, FinanSure, Calyon Financial, and First Midwest Bank, overseeing HR compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement strategies.
