Charlotte, North Carolina, United States – September 2024 – Rachelle Casto has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at SEECO – Southern Electrical Equipment Company, a prominent manufacturer in the electrical utility sector. In her new role, Rachelle will lead HR strategies to enhance talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture, supporting SEECO’s mission to deliver superior engineered solutions and customer service.
Prior to joining SEECO, Rachelle Casto spent over two decades at McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, where she held several key HR roles. For the last 15 years, she served as Vice President of Administration, overseeing HR functions, compliance with federal and state regulations, and health and safety programs.
Earlier in her career, she was the Director of Human Resources, managing HR operations and driving initiatives to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
