Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, January 2025 – Radha Prasanna has been named Head of Talent Acquisition at Inspirisys Solutions Limited (a CAC Holdings Group Company). In her new role, she will lead the talent acquisition strategy, drive workforce planning, and focus on building a robust talent pipeline to support the organization’s global business objectives. With extensive experience in recruitment and human capital management, Radha brings a wealth of expertise to Inspirisys Solutions.

Prior to joining Inspirisys, Radha Prasanna served as Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition at HCLTech, where she managed strategic recruitment efforts and successfully led multiple hiring initiatives over a tenure of more than two years. Her work was instrumental in aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals in Chennai.

Before her role at HCLTech, she worked as Program Manager – Talent Acquisition at HiyaMee, where she specialized in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring optimal talent delivery for client needs. Her nine-month tenure was marked by impactful talent acquisition programs in Chennai.

Radha also contributed her expertise as a Recruitment Consultant at InfoVision Inc., where she focused on candidate sourcing and placement strategies for six months. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Business Process Lead at Tata Consultancy Services, gaining nearly five years of experience in managing HR processes and recruitment operations.

Her professional journey includes earlier stints as Lead Consultant at VertX Solutions, Recruitment Consultant at Carwin HR Solutions, and Research Executive/Principal Consultant at Global Executive Talent, where she refined her skills in talent acquisition and HR consulting. She began her career as a Sr Process Associate – HR Shared Services – Recruitment at Accenture, followed by a role as Data Analyst at BoardEx India Pvt Ltd.
