Bangkok City, Thailand, May 2025 – Radklao Chalernsuk has taken on a new role as Director, Talent Development at ONYX Hospitality Group, a rapidly expanding hospitality group in the Asia Pacific region. In this leadership position, she will spearhead talent development initiatives across ONYX’s portfolio of brands, focusing on leadership pipeline enhancement, capability building, and aligning learning strategies with the group’s ambitious growth goals.
Prior to her current appointment, Radklao served as Director of Learning and Development at Amari Bangkok, one of ONYX’s flagship properties, where she played a pivotal role in shaping employee capability, guest service excellence, and learning architecture over a span of nearly one and a half years.
Before joining Amari, Radklao contributed significantly to S Hotels & Resorts Public Company Limited as Learning and Development Manager for over seven years, leading comprehensive L&D strategies across multiple locations and supporting the group’s transformation journey through organizational learning.
She also held the position of Cluster Training Manager at Anantara Bangkok Riverside and AVANI Bangkok Riverside, where she oversaw property-level training and development programs, fostering a strong learning culture within both luxury and lifestyle hospitality segments.
Earlier in her career, she served as Talent and Development Manager at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, where she managed diverse development programs for leadership and staff while ensuring alignment with brand standards and Accor’s talent development frameworks.
