Depok, West Java, Indonesia, February 2025 – Rafi Abiyyu Prinanda has been appointed as Chief of Human Resource Officer at Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal (KSPM) FEB UI, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey. In this role, he will oversee HR development, recruitment strategies, team engagement, and organizational management, ensuring a strong and motivated workforce within KSPM FEB UI.

Rafi has been actively contributing to KSPM FEB UI for over a year, previously serving as Staff of Human Resource Development. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in organizing team-building programs, optimizing HR processes, and enhancing member engagement. His dedication was recognized with multiple accolades, including the “Best Staff” title in the Human Resource Development Division and high performance ratings on the KSPM Report.

Beyond KSPM, Rafi has gained diverse HR and event management experience through various leadership roles. As Vice Coordinator of Ticketing Division at The Music Gallery and FExB (Faculty Exhibition) FEB UI, he successfully led student ambassador selections and large-scale event planning. His contributions to Indonesia Economic Outlook as a Senior Staff Liaison Officer further strengthened his expertise in communication, people engagement, and event execution.

Earlier in his career, Rafi held key HR roles, including serving as Head of Human Resources at Nufipreneur Student Cooperative, where he led talent management and HR policy execution. He also took on public speaking and event coordination roles at NFF FEB UI and FExB FEB UI, demonstrating strong leadership in team motivation, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

With a track record of HR excellence, leadership, and student engagement, Rafi is well-positioned to drive organizational growth and people development at KSPM FEB UI. His strategic vision will contribute to enhancing HR processes and fostering a culture of learning and professional development within the organization.
