Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2024 – Raghu Subramanian has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of epiplex.ai, a global leader in process-centric solutions for enterprises. In his new role, Raghu will lead the company’s global expansion initiatives, with a focus on accelerating digital transformation for clients through cutting-edge process automation and optimization technologies.
Before joining epiplex.ai, Raghu was an active Board Member at Palampur Talkies, an entertainment and media venture based in Chennai and Bengaluru, which he co-founded with his wife. Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, Raghu has held the role of Executive Chairman at actyv.ai, a platform focused on AI-driven business automation across Dubai, Singapore, and Bengaluru, for over 5 years. He is also an investor and board member in several successful ventures, including Recharge Industries, Simple Energy, and LearnQ.ai.
Raghu previously served as the Non-Executive Chairman (India) of UiPath, a leading robotic process automation software company, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s market penetration and operational success in India and APAC regions.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Hexaware Technologies and EXL Service, where he played a pivotal role in establishing business process automation (RPA) and IT transformation frameworks that propelled company growth and operational excellence.
