Budni, Madhya Pradesh, India, January 2026 – Rahul Dubey has been elevated as Chief People Officer at Trident Group India, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey with the organization. Having spent nearly three years with Trident Group, Rahul confirmed his promotion through a social media announcement. In his new role, he will continue to drive the company’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening organizational culture, optimizing human capital, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Backed by a Master of Social Work with specialization in Human Resources Management and an academic foundation in computer science, he brings a distinctive blend of technological understanding and people-centric leadership to the executive team.
Before assuming the role of Chief People Officer, Rahul Dubey served as Human Resources Business Partner at Trident Group India for close to three years. During this period, he played a central role in HR business partnering, global human resources management, and capability building across the Budni manufacturing ecosystem. His contributions focused on strengthening workforce engagement, improving people processes, and aligning HR delivery with Trident’s growth agenda. He was also associated with the organization earlier for over four years as Human Resources Executive and HR Business Partner, where he developed strong operational grounding in talent management and employee relations.
Prior to his long association with Trident Group, Rahul worked with SHREEYAM POWER AND STEEL INDUSTRIES LIMITED as Human Resources Executive for nearly a year. In this role, he was involved in core HR operations and plant-level people processes, gaining exposure to industrial relations, compliance, and workforce administration in a heavy manufacturing environment.
Earlier in his career, he spent close to three years with Vardhman Textiles as Industrial Relation Officer. This phase helped him build a solid foundation in employee relations, grievance handling, statutory compliance, and shop-floor engagement, shaping his practical understanding of large-scale workforce management.
Rahul’s multidisciplinary background has enabled him to bridge the gap between technology and human resources, fostering collaborative work environments and driving operational efficiency. His elevation reflects Trident Group India’s focus on strengthening leadership to support long-term growth, organizational excellence, and people-first transformation.
Rahul Dubey holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Human Resources Management from Indore School of Social Work (ISSW), Indore.
