Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, January 2026 — Rahul M. has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at HCLSoftware. In this role, he will lead the company’s global commercial agenda, overseeing sales operations, central partner program management, central marketing functions, and the broader commercial function, including deal desk, BFC, legal, and client and partner learning & development. His mandate also spans Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, M&A support, facilities, administration, and procurement functions supporting HCLSoftware.
In his new position, Rahul M. will work closely with senior leadership to drive commercial excellence, scale partner ecosystems, and strengthen integrated GTM execution across HCLSoftware’s global portfolio.
Prior to this appointment, Rahul M. spent over a decade with HCLTech, where he held several senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as Head of EPO & Procurement, following earlier roles including Chief Procurement & Performance Office (Senior Vice President), SVP – CEO Office & Chief Procurement Officer, Vice President – CEO Office, and Associate Vice President – CEO Office. Across these roles, he partnered closely with executive leadership on performance management, procurement transformation, enterprise operations, and strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career at HCL, he also served in the COO Office as Associate Director, and prior to that as General Manager – Finance, where he led finance responsibilities across the US (Infrastructure), Latin America, Continental Europe, and Public Services sales verticals, gaining deep exposure to global financial management and commercial operations.
Before joining HCL, Rahul M. held finance and leadership roles with GE Capital Business Process Management Services Ltd, GE Money, and Gestetner, building strong foundations in financial planning, commercial finance, and operational leadership. He began his professional journey with Electrolux and Zee Access Group, gaining early exposure to corporate finance and business operations.
He holds a PGCBM degree from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening his strategic and leadership credentials.
