Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, December 2025 – Raj Kumar has taken on a new leadership role as Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Vidya Polymer Pvt. Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for leading group-wide HR, Industrial Relations, Legal, and Administration functions across Vidya Polymer’s multiple manufacturing locations, strengthening people governance, compliance, workforce capability, and operational excellence.
In his current role at Vidya Polymer Pvt. Ltd., Raj is leading group HR, IR, Legal, and Administration strategy across multiple manufacturing plants and locations, strengthening statutory compliance, workforce governance, and organisation-wide people systems.
Prior to this appointment, he served as AVP – HR, IR & Legal (Corporate) at GLS Group, where he led multi-location HR, IR, and administration functions including strategic HRM, talent acquisition, performance management, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, policy formulation, legal coordination, and general administration.
Earlier, Raj spent nearly seven years as AVP – HR, IR & Legal (Plant) and close to a decade as GM – HR, IR & Legal (Plant) in Gurugram, where he led comprehensive HR, IR, and legal frameworks across large manufacturing operations, including greenfield project HR setup, statutory compliance, industrial relations, certification programs, and workforce governance.
He began his leadership career as Manager – HR & Admin (Plant) at MAC Export India Pvt. Ltd., leading end-to-end recruitment, training and development, statutory compliance, greenfield project HR setup, CSR, and legal case management.
