Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Rajat Bansal has joined MobiKwik as Senior Director – Head of Talent Acquisition, strengthening the leadership team of one of India’s leading fintech platforms. In his new role, Rajat will spearhead enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and leadership hiring to support MobiKwik’s next phase of scalable growth and digital innovation.
With over eighteen years of experience in talent acquisition leadership, Rajat Bansal brings deep expertise in hiring strategy, workforce planning, employer branding, and building high-performing teams across technology, leadership, and campus hiring segments. Prior to joining MobiKwik, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Freecharge, where he led large-scale hiring programs and strengthened leadership and technology recruitment pipelines.
Before Freecharge, Rajat worked as Talent Acquisition Partner at Tata 1mg, supporting strategic hiring across digital healthcare platforms. He earlier served as Associate Vice President – HR at Damco Solutions, where he contributed to HR transformation, workforce planning, and leadership hiring strategies.
Rajat spent nearly seven years as Head of Talent Acquisition at Quovantis Technologies, building end-to-end hiring frameworks, strengthening employer branding, and creating scalable recruitment operations aligned with business growth. He began his career at ResourceChip Consulting, where he spent close to a decade developing deep expertise in technology recruitment, leadership hiring, and workforce planning across diverse industries.
