With nearly two decades of experience in people strategy, capability building, and cultural transformation, Rajeev brings a people-centric yet performance-driven approach to organizational leadership.
In his new role, Rajeev will lead National Group’s HR strategy, talent development, and capability enhancement initiatives across India. He will focus on aligning human potential with business objectives, building an agile and inclusive culture, and driving the next phase of workforce transformation. His mandate includes policy harmonization, succession planning, DEI integration, and leadership capability development, reinforcing National Group’s commitment to sustainable and future-ready growth.
Before joining National Group, Rajeev Dhronamraju served at SMEC as Talent Management – People, Culture, and Strategy, where he led strategic HR initiatives across well-being, DEI, recruitment, and policy transformation. He was instrumental in building standardized frameworks for employee engagement, performance management, and people analytics, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Prior to that, Rajeev was Director of Talent Management, Staffing & Business Operations at Sridama Business Solutions, where he spent over a decade leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives across multiple business locations. His work in organizational design and culture transformation positioned Sridama as a people-first organization with robust HR systems.
Earlier in his career, Rajeev held key HR roles at Comviva Technologies, Accenture, and Future Focus Infotech, where he gained extensive experience in recruitment, HR operations, and stakeholder management. Across these roles, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to bridge strategic foresight with operational excellence to deliver measurable business impact.
