Rajeshwar Tripathi Appointed as Group CHRO at RJ Corp

Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2024 – Rajeshwar Tripathi has joined RJ Corp as the new Group CHRO. Tripathi is looking forward to bringing his extensive HR experience to lead and enhance the company’s human resources strategies and operations.

Tripathi’s most recent role was as a Human Resources Specialist, where he served as an advisor in the Mahindra Group Office for two months. In this advisory role, he provided expertise in human resources, change management, and other strategic areas.

Before his advisory role, Tripathi had a long tenure at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer – Automotive & Farm Sectors for 14 years. He was the Global HR Head for the Automotive and Farm Sectors, leading business transformation and change management initiatives. His leadership significantly contributed to the strategic HR planning and execution across these sectors.

Tripathi’s career at Mahindra and Mahindra began as the Senior Vice President – HR, Farm Equipment Sector, where he was the Head of HR for the Farm Equipment Sector globally for nearly four years. He developed and implemented HR strategies that supported business goals and drove organizational growth.

Prior to Mahindra and Mahindra, Tripathi worked at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors Joint Venture) as the GM – Human Resources for over eight years. In this role, he headed HR for the commercial vehicle business of Eicher Motors, focusing on change management and organizational development.

Tripathi started his career after completing his PG in PM&IR from Xavier Institute of Social Service, specializing in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations.
