Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, November 2025 — Rajiv Andley has joined the Kanodia Group as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). A seasoned people leader with a rich legacy across India’s top industrial houses, Rajiv will spearhead the Group’s HR transformation journey, focusing on building a people-first culture, driving organizational growth, and strengthening leadership capabilities across its diversified business portfolio.
Before joining Kanodia Group, Rajiv Andley served as Head of HR at Healthium Medtech Limited, where he led the HR and IR functions across multiple manufacturing units. His role spanned talent acquisition, talent management, career planning, industrial relations, payroll, EHS, and administration, reinforcing operational excellence and employee engagement across the organization.
Prior to this, Rajiv held a long and impactful tenure at Uflex Limited, where he served as Business HR Head. Over nearly a decade, he played a pivotal role in shaping HR systems, driving capability development, and fostering performance-oriented culture across diverse business units in the manufacturing and packaging domain.
Earlier, at Subros Limited, Rajiv served as AGM – HR & Administration, leading a multi-site HR team and overseeing the complete employee life cycle, engagement, and compliance framework. His leadership contributed to creating efficient HR structures and fostering collaborative industrial relations.
His earlier experiences include leadership roles at Bajaj Hindusthan Limited as Senior Manager – HR, and at Tata Motors (Lucknow Plant) as HR Manager, where he began his corporate journey. At Tata Motors, Rajiv worked with Arthur Andersen on the Business Excellence Model, contributing to the transformation of the manufacturing plant into Centers of Excellence (CX) and Self-Directed Teams (SDT)—a milestone in employee empowerment and productivity enhancement.
