Tampa, Florida, United States, November 2025 — Rebecca Pessel has joined DAS Health as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, bringing more than two decades of strategic HR leadership across healthcare, technology, and professional services sectors. In her new role, Rebecca will lead organizational development, talent strategy, and HR transformation initiatives to support DAS Health’s mission of empowering healthcare organizations with innovative Health IT and business solutions.
Prior to joining DAS Health, Rebecca Pessel served as Senior Vice President of People at HealthAxis Group, where she provided strategic leadership across all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, culture building, and organizational strategy. During her tenure, she played a key role in advancing employee experience, leadership capability, and business alignment across a high-growth healthcare technology environment.
Before that, Rebecca held leadership roles at Hays, serving as Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partners, where she led strategic HR initiatives supporting talent optimization and workforce planning across the U.S. region. Her contributions included building leadership development frameworks and implementing data-driven HR solutions that improved performance and retention.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca spent several years with AdventHealth as Regional Director of Human Resources Business Partners – Non-Acute Services, where she led HR strategy and business partnerships for a major healthcare network, focusing on leadership pipeline development, cultural transformation, and operational excellence.
She also held senior HR leadership roles at Ultimate Medical Academy as Vice President of Human Resources, Kforce Inc as Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development, and IFCO Systems as Director of Human Resources. Across these roles, she built expertise in organizational design, succession planning, leadership training, and human capital analytics.
Rebecca began her HR journey with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Bright House Networks, where she gained foundational experience in employee relations, workforce planning, and business partnering, laying the groundwork for her leadership trajectory in people strategy and organizational development.
