Ltd., marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey. A transformational business leader with over two decades of experience in operations, supply chain management, logistics strategy, and digital transformation, Ashish brings a deep understanding of large-scale execution and organizational excellence.
At Alexis Global, he will lead the company’s mission to build a future-ready, technology-driven logistics organization anchored in innovation, reliability, and customer-centricity. His focus will include strengthening supply chain networks, enhancing digital capabilities, and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across all operations.
Before joining Alexis Global, Ashish Mishra had a long and accomplished career at Vodafone Idea Limited, where he spent over 17 years in multiple leadership roles including Head of Commercial for Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. During his tenure, he successfully led large-scale commercial operations, procurement strategies, and supply chain transformations, driving performance excellence and cost optimization. He played a crucial role during the merger of Vodafone India and Idea Cellular, helping design the merged entity’s SCM policy, consolidate spend, and implement innovative digital procurement processes.
Prior to Vodafone Idea, Ashish worked with Reliance Retail Limited as State Commercial Head – Uttar Pradesh & Rajasthan, where he led commercial and logistics operations, optimizing supply chain efficiency and vendor partnerships to enable high-volume retail expansion across regions. His strong focus on process excellence contributed to the seamless functioning of procurement and distribution systems within the retail network.
Before that, he served at Reliance Communications as Cluster Commercial Head for Uttar Pradesh West, overseeing end-to-end commercial governance, cost management, and regional supply chain coordination. He was instrumental in ensuring operational readiness during the company’s rapid growth phase in the telecom sector.
Earlier in his career, Ashish held leadership positions with Shyam Telelink Ltd. as Head – Accounts and Credit Control, managing financial operations and warehouse logistics, and with Jyoti Processors Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Finance and Procurement, where he built foundational expertise in finance, sourcing, and process compliance.
