Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, May 2025 — Rajkishore Prasad has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him nearly two decades of strategic HR experience across leading organizations. In his new role, Rajkishore will lead Vision India’s human capital agenda, aligning people strategy with the company’s mission of driving performance and enhancing potential through staffing, skilling, and advisory services.
Prior to joining Vision India, Rajkishore served as Head – HR Technology, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and HR Operations at McDonald’s India, where he played a pivotal role in transforming HR processes and optimizing workforce operations across a large-scale organization.
Before McDonald’s, he was with Aptiv India as Human Resource Leader for India and ASEAN, managing a wide portfolio that included compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, policy design, HR operations, and Workday implementation. His ability to drive end-to-end HR transformation made him a trusted advisor across business units.
Earlier, Rajkishore held leadership roles at Delphi, overseeing India’s HRIS and compensation strategy, and at RMSI, where he managed C&B, payroll, audits, and employee engagement. He began his career with Omam Consultants, HCL Technologies, and RMSI, progressively scaling responsibilities in compensation strategy, HR operations, and analytics.
An alumnus of XISS Ranchi with an MBA in Human Resources, Rajkishore also holds a B.Sc. in IT from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. His rich cross-sectoral HR experience and data-driven leadership are expected to elevate Vision India’s people strategy at a time of significant growth and digital evolution.
