Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 — Rajneesh Narang has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), marking his return to the role after previously serving as CFO from March 2022 to September 2024. With over three decades of experience in finance and strategic leadership, he brings a wealth of knowledge to steer HPCL’s financial strategy and growth.
Prior to this appointment, Rajneesh served as Director – Finance at HPCL, where he led critical initiatives in corporate finance, treasury, budgeting, risk management, and SBU commercial operations. A Chartered Accountant and a postgraduate in Financial Management, he has a proven track record in optimizing financial systems, managing risk, and supporting operational transformation.
His deep understanding of downstream oil and gas operations and financial acumen will play a pivotal role in strengthening HPCL’s financial framework, enhancing stakeholder value, and ensuring sustainable performance across domestic and international markets.
