Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, May 2024 – Brenda Bennett has taken on a new role as Vice President HR Business Partner at FinTrU. With extensive experience in HR management and business partnerships, Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to this new position. She is looking forward to the opportunity to work with the talented team at FinTrU and contribute to the company’s growth.
Brenda’s most recent role was at Imperva, a Thales Company, where she served as HRBP EMEA. During her tenure, she was responsible for providing HR solutions and managing interpersonal relationships, ensuring effective HR operations within the company.
Before Imperva, Brenda worked at Allen People Solutions Ltd as a Senior HR Consultant. For over four years, she supported a broad client portfolio, providing expert HR and OD consultancy advice and tailored solutions. Her work included conflict resolution and implementing HR strategies.
Brenda also served as an HR Consultant at Bennett HR Consultancy. In this freelance role, she offered her expertise in HR solutions and conflict resolution, helping businesses manage their HR needs effectively.
Prior to her consultancy roles, Brenda spent nearly twelve years at Schlumberger, where she held multiple positions including Supplier Leader – Global and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. At Schlumberger, she managed a wide range of suppliers and supported a diverse employee population, including local, international, and unionized groups. Her responsibilities included leading complex tenders, managing negotiations, and implementing HR strategies across various functions.
