Gurugram, Haryana, India – November 2024 – Rakesh Arora has joined Vara Infrovate Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President of Human Resources. In his new role, Rakesh will lead HR strategies, focusing on optimizing human capital to support Vara’s mission of delivering advanced solutions in IoT, cybersecurity, blockchain, AI, and IT services.
Prior to joining Vara, Rakesh was the Group CHRO at Skilrock Technologies for over three years, where he played a pivotal role in HR automation, employee engagement, and employer branding. He was instrumental in establishing best practices across Skilrock’s lottery, gaming, and fintech services, helping drive innovation and streamline operations for a global client base.
Before Skilrock, Rakesh served as the Head of Human Resources at Auxein Medical for a year. In this capacity, he managed HR functions for India’s leading medical equipment manufacturing company, fostering compliance and quality assurance to maintain stringent standards like EN ISO and US FDA certifications. His contributions strengthened the company’s talent management and learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Rakesh also held the position of Head of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Taazaa Inc. for over three years, where he enhanced HR processes in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement. His efforts contributed significantly to the company’s expansion, particularly in supporting entrepreneurial organizations in software product development.
Earlier in his career, he was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bee5 Manpower Consulting for nearly five years. Rakesh specialized in senior and middle-level executive search, developing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies that positioned Bee5 as a trusted partner in the IT and software sectors.
Rakesh’s journey in human resources began at HCL Infosystems Ltd., where he spent over seven years as Senior Human Resources Manager. He played a significant role in employee development and HR strategy, contributing to HCL’s global reputation as a technology leader.
