Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Rakshita Agarwal has started a new position as Head of Human Resources at Solitario Diamonds. In this role, she will be responsible for strengthening the people agenda for the brand as it continues to build its presence in the lab-grown diamonds space, with an emphasis on scalable HR practices, talent acquisition excellence, and culture-driven growth.
With a strong foundation in retail HR and talent acquisition, Rakshita brings hands-on experience across hiring strategy, regional HR oversight, and end-to-end people operations, developed through progressive roles within PVH Corp. and earlier internships that shaped her early HR grounding.
Before joining Solitario Diamonds, Rakshita Agarwal served as Retail Hiring Manager at PVH Corp. for roughly three and a half years in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this role, she worked closely with business stakeholders to drive retail hiring outcomes, build talent pipelines, and support workforce readiness across growth priorities.
Earlier at PVH Corp., she also contributed in roles such as Assistant Manager, Regional Human Resources, Human Resources Executive, and Human Resources Intern, reflecting a steady progression across core HR and people lifecycle responsibilities. Her experience with the organisation spans close to seven years, offering her depth in both operational and business-aligned HR delivery.
Prior to her long stint at PVH, Rakshita undertook HR internships with Peepal Consulting and RUOSH in Bengaluru, gaining early exposure to recruitment and foundational HR processes. These assignments helped build her orientation toward structured talent and people support in dynamic environments.
She also completed a brief Sales and Marketing Internship with Reliance Trends (Reliance Retail), which likely enriched her understanding of frontline retail environments and employee experience realities—useful context for leading HR in consumer-facing businesses.
Rakshita Agarwal holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource Development & Management (HRDM) from Christ University, Bangalore, which adds strong academic grounding to her retail HR and talent leadership journey.
