Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 — Knight Frank India has announced the return of Ram Devagiri as Senior Executive Director – Facilities and Asset Management Services (FAMS). In this leadership role, Ram will head the FAMS business across India, steering its next phase of strategic growth, operational excellence, and client partnerships. He will also join the India Advisory Board of Knight Frank, contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and long-term vision.
With over two decades of global leadership experience in facilities management, real estate operations, and workplace transformation, Ram brings an impressive record of driving innovation and business turnaround across geographies. His expertise spans organizational development, client relations, and sustainable business growth across industries and markets in India and Australia.
Before rejoining Knight Frank India, Ram served as Managing Director at PropertyFlex and Executive Director at art of work in Sydney, where he focused on workplace innovation, team capability building, and strategic operational design. His leadership was pivotal in developing collaborative programs that enhanced workplace effectiveness, performance, and organizational culture.
Ram’s previous tenure at Knight Frank India, where he served as Executive Director and Head of Facilities and Asset Services between 2017 and 2020, established him as a transformational leader who strengthened the company’s integrated facilities business and expanded its client base through innovative service delivery and cost optimization frameworks.
Prior to that, Ram held senior leadership roles with JLL, managing the Federal Government Domestic Portfolio in Australia, where he demonstrated excellence in operational turnaround, client engagement, and profitable growth. His earlier experiences at Sodexo, Compass Group Australia, and Indigenous Environmental Services further highlight his ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams and deliver measurable business impact across complex portfolios.
