Purchase, New York, United States, December 2025 – Ramandeep Singh has joined Mastercard as Director, Enterprise Strategy, bringing a robust background in strategic consulting and product innovation to the global financial services and payments technology leader.
Prior to this appointment, Ramandeep Singh worked with McKinsey & Company for over four years, most recently serving as Junior Engagement Manager/Senior Associate. Rated “Very Strong” throughout his tenure, he delivered more than 30 strategic projects for Fortune 500 clients and led multiple teams, earning recognition for his expertise in problem-solving and executive engagement.
Before McKinsey, Ramandeep was part of the Core Team at A Junior VC, and simultaneously contributed to SRL Diagnostics on a live project focused on pan-India expansion strategy. He also served as a Strategy Intern at Portea, where he contributed to product development and strategy formulation in response to COVID-19.
Earlier in his career, Ramandeep gained valuable exposure at Alvarez & Marsal as a Summer Intern, working on capability assessments for a client with $10B+ in revenue. He also interned at Gemba Capital as an Investment Analyst, evaluating startup investment opportunities and assisting in primary due diligence processes.
In earlier roles, Ramandeep was part of the Product and Strategy team at Delhivery, where he led key tech development efforts that contributed to cost savings and scale-up. He also founded OrderSquare, a B2B grocery-tech platform, raising $1M in angel funding and launching multiple digital supply chain solutions. Additionally, his entrepreneurial and strategic journey includes engagements with various early-stage startups and a stint as Founder and Manager of the Finance Club at IIT Bombay.
