Adity Sen Pal Appointed as Vice President – Global Regulatory Affairs at Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 – Adity Sen Pal has started a new role as Vice President – Global Regulatory Affairs at Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd. In this leadership position, she will be responsible for overseeing global regulatory strategy, regulatory submissions, compliance frameworks, and engagement with international regulatory authorities, supporting Flamingo’s expanding global footprint.

Prior to joining Flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Adity Sen Pal spent close to a decade at Indoco Remedies Ltd, where she held progressive leadership roles in regulatory affairs. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Head Regulatory Affairs, following several years as Associate Vice President, leading global regulatory strategy, submissions, and compliance across regulated and emerging markets.

Before Indoco Remedies, she was associated with USV Private Limited for around five years as General Manager – Regulatory Affairs, where she headed regulatory operations and played a key role in strengthening compliance systems and regulatory submissions.

Earlier in her career, Adity spent nearly eight years at Alkem Laboratories Ltd as Senior Manager – Regulatory Affairs, where she managed complex regulatory portfolios and strengthened dossier management across multiple geographies.

Her professional journey also includes early-career roles at Wockhardt Ltd, Piramal Enterprises Limited, Syncom Healthcare Ltd, and Lyka Labs Limited, where she built a strong foundation across regulatory affairs, compliance, quality assurance, quality control, and sterile and solid oral manufacturing operations. With over two decades of experience, Adity is recognized for her deep expertise in global regulatory compliance, regulatory submissions, strategic regulatory insights, and regulatory analysis.
