Enas Farouk Joins SAMANA Developers as Associate Director – HR

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 – Enas Farouk has started a new position as Associate Director – HR at SAMANA Developers, a leading luxury real estate developer headquartered in Dubai. In her new role, Enas is responsible for driving HR operations, implementing Emiratisation strategies, and aligning human capital practices with business growth goals across the organization.

Before joining SAMANA Developers, Enas served as People and Performance HRBP at DAMAC Properties, where she led numerous HR initiatives including the development of progressive HR policies, Emiratisation compliance, and performance management through SuccessFactors. She also acted as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring people strategies were tightly linked to business outcomes.

Prior to that, Enas was People, Culture & Performance (PCP) Manager at Khidmah, part of the Aldar Estates group. Her scope spanned employee relations, offboarding, training and development, and UAE labor law compliance. She was instrumental in enhancing employee retention and managing organizational culture transformation.

Earlier in her career, she held the role of Cluster HR Manager at International Schools Partnership – Middle East, covering multiple campuses and overseeing full-spectrum HR operations including talent development, Emiratisation compliance, and performance management.

Enas also brings prior experience from Nibras International School, Taaleem, AWS, and DAMAC Properties, where she managed large-scale talent acquisition initiatives, drove employer branding strategies, and was part of national hiring challenges in collaboration with MOHRE. Her foundational HR and recruitment expertise was shaped in her earlier roles at GulfBankers Executive Search, and her early career includes time in the banking and hospitality industries.
