Bengaluru, India, June 2025 — Ramaseshan Suthamally Subramanian has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer at Truminds Software Systems, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in telecom and technology services. At Truminds, he will be responsible for shaping strategic direction, driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and building a high-performance culture as the company scales its global delivery impact.
Before joining Truminds, he served as SVP and Chief Delivery Officer at Tecnotree Corporation, where he led large-scale digital transformation programs across telecom BSS/OSS platforms and contributed as a member of the core management board. His role involved overseeing solution architecture, delivery excellence, and strategic stakeholder engagement across global markets.
Earlier, Ramaseshan worked with SmarTek21 as Executive Vice President & Head – Product Services, leading product solution delivery and transformation engagements. Prior to that, he spent over a decade at Cognizant Technology Solutions in various senior leadership roles including Senior Director and Assistant Vice President, managing communications and media vertical delivery across the UK, Middle East, and APAC.
His professional journey also includes impactful roles at Infosys and Nokia Siemens Networks, where he led OSS/NMS product development and telecom service delivery. Ramaseshan began his career as Scientist ‘C’ at DRDO’s Naval Science & Technological Lab, developing mission-critical control and guidance systems.
