Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2024 – Ramchander Maddela has joined KoRaise Global LLC USA as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer & Executive Director – Strategy & Product. In this role, he is expected to align organizational strategy, product development, and HR initiatives to foster innovation and business growth.
Ramchander Maddela brings extensive experience in human resources and strategic leadership to his new role. Before joining KoRaise Global LLC USA, he served as the Head of HR at Dhanush Group, where he successfully led HR transformation initiatives focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and service delivery in public health services.
Previously, Ramchander held the role of CHRO & Director – Strategy at Aspentek Informatics Pvt Ltd, where he contributed to aligning HR with business strategy, driving key initiatives in compensation, diversity, talent management, and HR analytics. He was instrumental in implementing HR technology to enhance employee experience and was recognized for his contributions to the company’s growth.
During his tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer at Keolis Hyderabad Mass Rapid Transit System Pvt Ltd, Ramchander implemented competency-based training and talent acquisition strategies that reduced attrition rates significantly. He also turned around the L&T Global Metro Training Academy into a profit center and achieved certification for diversity and inclusion efforts.
At Power Mech Projects Limited, he managed HR functions for over 15,000 employees across 45 power plants in India and 10 international projects in the Middle East. His leadership drove employee engagement and compliance while fostering a positive work culture.
Ramchander also held key HR leadership positions at organizations such as Orient Cement, Nebulae Digital, and IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd, where he contributed to strategic HR planning, operational efficiency, and talent management.
