Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 — Ramitha Binumohan has joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President, where she will lead key initiatives across investments, third-party products (TPP), digital lending, insuretech, and video banking. Her role is pivotal to enhancing customer experience, partner relationship management, and streamlining operations within the bank’s evolving digital ecosystem.
Before this, Ramitha played an instrumental role at Kotak Cherry as Customer Experience Lead, focusing on elevating client satisfaction and deepening fintech partnerships. She also served as AVP – Customer Experience at SaaSPay, contributing to the growth of a Buy Now Pay Later solution tailored for SaaS purchases.
Her journey includes a key tenure at Groww as Senior Manager – Customer Success, where she handled call center operations, SEBI complaint resolution for HNI clients, and liaison with AMCs to maintain service levels. Her leadership helped scale service capabilities across investment and credit product verticals.
Ramitha spent close to seven years at Coverfox Insurance as AVP – Customer Service & Operations, overseeing end-to-end post-sales, PAN-India claims, and insurer partnerships. She began her career at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where she spent almost a decade in corporate operations and customer service.
With an impressive career spanning Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Cherry, SaaSPay, Groww, Coverfox Insurance, and Tata AIA Life Insurance, Ramitha brings over two decades of strategic leadership in customer experience, operations, fintech, and insuretech.
