In her new role, she will spearhead strategic hiring initiatives to support AV’s growth across key mission areas including cyber and electronic warfare, loitering munitions, and space-based platforms.
Prior to this, Ramona Drucker served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at BlueHalo for over two years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent acquisition strategies aligned with its rapid expansion in national security and defense technologies.
Previously, she was the Founder of Tyche Consulting LLC, an independent venture she led for over 20 years, delivering talent strategy and recruitment solutions to a wide range of government and defense clients. During this period, she also engaged in parallel consulting assignments with organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, where she worked as a Sr. Management Consultant, Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to their intelligence and defense recruitment programs.
Earlier in her career, Ramona Drucker held notable contract roles at Raytheon, Cherokee Information Services, General Dynamics Information Technology, BAE Systems, and Softworld, where she led and supported mission-critical staffing efforts for defense, intelligence, and government sector clients. Her diverse background across these engagements established her as a leading expert in technical staffing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic recruitment within the national security ecosystem.
