Cairo, Egypt, July 2024 – Rana Aslan has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at IGT Solutions. With a robust background in talent acquisition and employee engagement, Rana brings extensive expertise in HR strategy, onboarding, and recruitment to her new role. Her experience in managing diverse HR functions will be instrumental in driving IGT Solutions’ HR initiatives.

Rana Aslan joins IGT Solutions after serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Senior Manager at Webhelp for approximately 2 years and 7 months. In this role, she led the talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies for the company, focusing on enhancing onboarding processes and HR strategies in Cairo, Egypt.

Before that, Rana was with Majorel Egypt for about 5 years and 2 months. She held the position of Senior Manager Talent Acquisition for 2 years, where she oversaw talent acquisition initiatives and developed HR strategies to attract top talent. Prior to this, she served as the Country Talent Acquisition Manager for nearly 3 years and 3 months, managing the recruitment processes across Egypt.

Earlier in her career, Rana worked at ECCO Outsourcing for approximately 7 years and 7 months. She progressed through various roles, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and advancing to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment and RPO Supervisor, and finally Head Of Recruitment and RPO. Her responsibilities included overseeing recruitment operations, managing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.
